canopy space only for marijuana only for personal use as prescribed by doctor. The

cannot be used to other. The following kind of license is feasible –
Cultivation, processing, sale for medical purposes, Analytical testing,

research then you will need different kind of license. But you need to know
where you are being restricted as well and they are following - Application for
an industrial hemp license , Application for a cannabis drug license , Test kit
manufacturing , Post-licensing applications including license amendments and
renewals, notifications, and applications for import or export permits ,
Reporting including inventory, recall, and information related to promotions
and adverse reaction reporting , Applications for registration by an individual
to access cannabis for medical purposes as outlined in Part 14 of the Cannabis
Regulations , Any other items identified as regulatory requirements outside the
scope of these specific application requirements.
4.
CANNABIS ACT - For more information visit
health Canada portal and follow the cannabis act. There are also CTLS i.e.
Cannabis Tracking licensing system and will be there to follow you if you are
maintaining the cannabis guide license or not. Make sure health Canada have all
information regarding your key investors, who any means invested money to your
firm or so.
5.
KNOWLEDGE AREAS – While doing productions
of cannabis you need to know the knowledge areas as well. Other Federal acts and
regulations, Provincial or territorial legislation and regulations, and,
municipal by-laws, additional health Canada license matters, the license

With standard processing and micro processing respectively you will be able to
make cannabis license you will be able to make cannabis at large scale. The
sale for medical purposes license will help you to sell cannabis products for
only medical purposes. The analytical testing license will only help you for
analytical testing as well. And lastly the research license is only for
research.
